Radial Type stamping

While the strip is being rolled into a coil form, 1 slot is punched per stroke. While the formed coil increased in OD size, punching interval or feeding pitch also increases.

The result is a radial-shape stator/rotor.

This stamping method is very low in production rate and high in NG rate.

However, it saves a lot of material and performance is more efficient than regular motors.
